  • This is a store specializing in gyoza. Even if there is a line, the turnover is quick, so it doesn't take long to get into the store. The only food on the menu is fried dumplings. One serving of 5 pieces costs less than $1. As soon as U sit down, a plate of fried gyoza will be served to U . Just when I was about to finish eating, I had another plate. These are the rules of this restaurant: two dishes are always served. After that, U can order as many additional items as you like. What kind of combination of pork, garlic, and vegetables makes gyoza so light in texture? This is one of the most delicious gyoza I've ever eaten.

  • It is a no frill gyoza restaurant in Ikebukuro. I learnt that the food is taiwanese, very light soup stock, thicker gyoza wraps than the Japanese. We had gyoza, cracker dumplings made of moichi rice mixed with soy and pork, it was very interesting and ramen noodles. I found their old fashioned version of what we'd call uber eats very interesting. Food was put into a long narrow metal container with shelves, lid, slided down shut and off it went on a bicycle for delivery. I also watched the staff make fresh dumplings. The food was so cheap and a very interesting experience.

  • Came here around 11:30am and there’s already a line outside which is a good sign, it’s a popular local restaurant among Japanese people. The line moves quickly though. There’s only one item on the menu and that’s pan fried gyozas, they’re delicious and once you’re seated they already serve your first plate of dumplings. Once you’re close to finishing they’ll ask if you want more. Each plate is ¥300 more, so fairly cheap. You can also order beer. Service is a bit rushed, so don’t sit around once you’re finished. Expect to be moved out quickly, overall a nice experience and worth trying.

  • A traditional Gyoza place where you just keep on getting as many plates as you want for 300 yen. Getting them with a beer is what the locals do, there are various sizes. You can sit at the center table or traditional floor style. For the price, it's worth the 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  • The restaurant had plenty of seats and seemed to have quick turnover of customers. Sat our family down on the tatami mats and started getting plate after plate of fresh gyoza that were both crispy and silky, with a good flavour. We were in and out in about 15 minutes!

  • I heard this place is very famous but after I visited I know why it is. The dumplings are really crispy & tasty! The staff is really quick to serve you another plate when they see your plate is empty The price is normal 1plate (5pcs) = 300¥ They serve beer & tea in a glass bottles which remind us Showa style izakaya

  • good vibe, gyoza taste was expected, nothing too special, very cheap tho, but its kind of inconsistent as my first plate of gyoza was quite soggy but second plate was much better with crispy skin...

  • Quick and delicious crispy thin gyoza for 300 yen a plate. They only have drinks and gyoza in their menu and I think minimum order is 2 gyoza plates (don’t worry you can easily finish off 2 plates)
